Love yourself with the last weight loss program you will ever have to do….

So I know this is off the subject of CustomerLove stuff…but we are moving on right now to Yourself Love. I for one—have struggled my entire life with keeping off the pounds I lose when I lose! I have lost the same 100lbs plus like 4 times now only to find it again, darn it!

I have had hypnotherapy this last year with my awesome friend whom I adore…Robin Hart at http://www.anew-perspective.com/. Her personalized hypnosis CD’s have helped so much.

Recently I found another source of inspiration and support and I just have to share. I have learned how to take a “jam break” during work break by putting on one song and dancing like crazy! Lately it is been “Let’s Dance’ my Lady Gaga for me. I have also done all my “hell yeah” homework and written many goals, discussions, etc. down. I am learning to tame my inner critic voice we call “Helga”. What a joy Nichole’s program has been for me.

Okay ….so here’s the deal, let’s face it…its the holidays so soon and we just need to lose those pounds and keep them off for GOOD. Right? You are empowered as an woman entrepreneur! You can transform your business and access your strength. Where do you naturally excel? Where can you channel that energy to support you in your business marketing? Reach out to get help in areas where you are not strong. Don’t beat yourself up, just let it go. Do your business from your heart, from your passion. You will be profitable.

If you are overwhelmed…stop and take 3 deep breathes. This will help you to re-focus and get back on track. What will inspire your progress? What will serve my business the most right now? Work with your mentor or networking group to share what is going on with you. It will help you find the next step, which of course is usually right in front of you.

People ask me why, how, where, what? Virtual Assistance?

I believe it hit me one day when looking outside my dining room turned office windows….that I love the working at home in my virtual office with a great view! I love to smell and hear the fresh air blowing, the sun shinning, the rain coming down…the woods with all the birds and little animals—-well you get the idea!!!

To be able to do what I do best for clients so they can do what they do best, and to help both of our businesses grow….. well now that’s a win-win situation if I ever heard of one!

I am lucky! I update Twitter, Facebook, and blogs for clients, leveraging content and managing engagement. I get to submit and followup purchase orders, speak with vendors, do monthly reports, create simple spreadsheets, make phone calls, travel arrangements, take care of email and contact management. I bring my skill knowledge up about Infusionsoft, WordPress, and so much more….

It is an ever changing, detail oriented, multi-tasking, never get bored kinda work…. And I love being a helper and help my client and myself make money. What can I say????
