I read this recently and it hit home….

YOU have to decide–specifically and clearly–what you’re in business to do. You have to set the dial!

When you look at this image what do you see? I see a man who has tons of courage to be himself, to try something new, to be innovative, to take charge!  I think maybe he just climbed a mountain is so happy and proud of what he accomplished! Yeah, I agree it is kind of a crazy way to do it..but still….

You can’t please everyone. Not everyone is going to get it. And you can’t be in business to do everything that everyone wants.There are many ways to set goals, but the main thing is don’t do it in the dark.

Stephen Covey says
“Take charge! It’s more important than ever to draw on your imagination, think strategically, take initiative and work outside your immediate circle of influence.”
