writing books annettes customer loveReally? 200 wonderful words to use in place of “good”. Now I could have thought of a few, but 200? But then I am not the word buff others are!

One of my favorite people writes the most wonderful posts on writing. Called the Publicity Hound, Joan Stewart always says it best. The word descriptives from this post can easily be put into play in all your relationship building/customer love writing. From your hand written letters, tothe thank you cards sent to your customers, to the the PM message you send to your customers on FB… try a few of these words ..and let me know how it worked!  I found a whole new vocabulary here I am excited to use! 🙂

customer love cupHow do you bring Customer Love to your posts?  Here’s some ideas!

Step 1 — Write your content with a passion! Get into it. Enjoy it. Deliver something people need to know and want to read. Give it some color and some life. Remember, your audience is alive too. HAVE FUN! Sometimes it is hard to get in the mood to write, but when that mood strikes..go for it! Write all you can!

Step 2 — Be human, engage, cause it’s called social media for a reason!  State your opinion and be wrong sometimes. We all have beliefs and opinions. You may not be right, and sometimes you are just testing a theory or trying to stimulate a conversation to determine what is in fact right. Create engagement.

Step 3 — One more thing… put humor in it! If you can make yourself LOL, you’re probably gonna get a laugh or several from others.

merchant circle customer loveAre you familiar with Merchant circle? It is another avenue for event promotion and connecting up with businesses. Not as big a platform as others but good in its place.   You can offer promotions, discounts or whatever you desire here (they call them coupons). You invite other businesses you are interested in networking with. They invite you. You can chat with them, rate them, and answer questions.

 

AND

Pretty new on the scene is the “Pinterest” social platform. It can be connected with Facebook if you chose with your updates on your timeline,  It consists of boards where you create and post images and descriptions that you are very passionate about.   You make virtually any category and name it something unique.. Thoughts, quotes, your favorite food, places to go, any kind of stats, your business info and products, on and on. I  seems to be common for women to use it, but yes, men are there also! I believe it is an awesome tool for getting to know a person (no matter how high profile they are) on a more personal level as well as business. A great place for your potential clients to get to know you. People like your photos and repin them.
