You can put YOU into your social marketing by putting out a question on your FaceBook Page, engaging them in a conversation. On Twitter you can ask a direct question and ask your twitter followers to Direct Message you the answer and go on from there conversing with them.
The more people get to know you, the more they will like and trust you. Find their panic button, their most pressing issue… and solve it! The more you help others…the more sales you make. The more exposure you get on social networks…the more clients you will have that look to you for their answers!
Let’s face it, FaceBook and Twitter are the wave of the “now” in engagement tools. Use them to your advantage.
